Interesting... here in the NW-USA, effective-practise of
collective free-wifi may be usurped by dysfunctional
commercial offerings... whatever happened to ideas about
community self-governance - publically-monitored outdoor
(and in police-stations and jails/courts) webcams? It's
become a country of malicious government-thugs and
corporations...
