i saw that on newsnight as well - it came from a conservative
politician - can't remember his name - he has a sort of lop-sided
mouth. It sounds good, but not sure if he understands what open source
means, maybe it's become a popular buzz word now? Then again, if the
public could build the political system they want - what would happen?
