A bit of cycling is good for the mind and body... Also there are myriad ways of channeling free energy- for example thin wires attached to branches of a pear tree swaying in the garden... connected to a small power loom/converter- rotating shaft connects to coffee grinder in kitchen... bit Heath Robinson?
