Last time I resized a NTFS partition to make room for Netbsd was in
2013 and I used an old version of GParted. Everything went absolutely
fine.

Recently I used a newer version of Gparted to resize a FAT32 usb disk
and it ended up in massive filesystem corruption.

I know that FAT is not NTFS, but I don't want to take any chances. I
have too much stuff on my Windows partition that unfortunately I can't
back up anywhere else.

Apparently Gparted now uses a newer version of libparted that is
causing problems.

Has anybody had any positive experiences lately?

Thanks
