.Suggests that there is a low vulnerability issue with TCP Timestamps but
disabling this could result in performance issues.

 

1.      Has there been any changes in NetBSD that would mitigate this issue?
We are current.

2.      If the issue still exists, what's the consensus on how this should
be dealt with.

a.      Disable Timestamps and deal with potential performance issues?

                                                    i.     Is there a way to
gauge how bad that could they be?

b.      Keep Timestamps enabled and consider the vulnerability minimal?
