I have just added code to the synaptics driver to support "two finger" scrolling. If the finger width is detected to be in the specified range then any y motions will be translated into z-axis events which emulates the behaviour of a mouse scroll wheel. By placing two fingers side by side on the trackpad you should get scroll events instead of mouse events. -- Brett Lymn Let go, or be dragged - Zen proverb.
