Hi.

Anyone can provide any updates on this, have I contacted the correct netbsd

As mlelstv@ replied in netbsd-users@:

http://mail-index.netbsd.org/netbsd-users/2018/10/30/msg021611.html
But I don't see any ACPI reference in that dmesg. Do you boot with ACPI
disabled?

 your dmesg output said it booted neither ACPI nor SMP support.

In /boot.cfg:
menu=Boot normally:rndseed /var/db/entropy-file;boot netbsd
menu=Boot single user:rndseed /var/db/entropy-file;boot netbsd -s
menu=Disable ACPI:rndseed /var/db/entropy-file;boot netbsd -2
menu=Disable ACPI and SMP:rndseed /var/db/entropy-file;boot netbsd -12
menu=Drop to boot prompt:prompt
default=1
timeout=5
clear=1

I suspect you selected 4 or you changed "default=1" to 4.
I you got problem with the normal configuration (default=1),
it would be good to report the problem.

Jaromir/Masanobu adding you both in since you assisted with the pervious
hardware.

Subject: Support for Supermicro X10DRL-C

Managed to get my hands on this new hardware, added a SAS card to get the
disks recognized however noticed that netbsd shows only one CPU.. the
server has 2 CPU and should total 70 cores tried this with netbsd 7.2 , 8
and then 8.0current from Oct22

Im able to see all cores when I use the iso for freebsd 11.2

Here is the dmesg Also wondering if the fix will be ported to netbsd 8 or
will this 8.1 or 9
