Well, it is not Synaptics. On my other NetBSD laptop - an Hewlett-Packard HP EliteBook 8570w - I also do not have any mentioning of Synaptics from sysctl hw, although the machine certainly has one. Unfortunately I can't even try any windowing system on it, as the FirePro graphics adapter it has has a hardware problem and any attempt to initialize it results in a hard reset. > -- > Mayuresh -- ----
