Netbsd-Users-List is the lists "display name" in the mail header.
netbsd-users@netbsd.org is the lists email address.

Like "Todd Gruhn" is your "display name" in the mail header,
and tgru...@gmail.com is your email address.

See RFC 5322 Section 3.4 (page 16/17) for the specification:

|  Normally, a mailbox is composed of two parts: (1) an optional display
|  name that indicates the name of the recipient (which can be a person
|  or a system) that could be displayed to the user of a mail
