Confirmed.  i386 and sparc diskless clients boot multiuser without issue.
Given the one line added to "/etc/exports", I can kind-of understand why
amd64 clients might have an issue, but why evbarm-earmv7hf clients?

I have other architecture machines, but most are packed away or otherwise
not readily accessible or for which there is no room to set them up.
I might be able to set up a sparc64 machine (Ultra-2) without too much
trouble.
