Hi,

Test specs are "Closed for structure changes" if somebody is busy with a
test run using that spec. So that is entirely to be expected since you are
still busy testing against it.

The only thing that I can think of is that your session has expired. Try to
log out and back in again? (Yes, I know, I sound like that guy from the IT
Crowd...)
