There's an arexx mailing list on OneList. Search for "arexx" at
http://www.onelist.com
There's also an arexx guide on Aminet

A good source of information is looking at how other people have
programmed for the application you are looking to control. Although,
like HTML, there's as much bad arexx as good arexx out there.
