You can if they have a policy of cutting you off. I often get auto
emails saying they cut me off yesterday because I had been on for three
hours. I can log on again immediately, but go to the back of the queue.
I've never failed to get immedietae reconnection, and it's nice to
know that if I get a busy line, people will be chucked off to let me
in on first redial.
