Hi,

For the people who were complaining about their RHA accounts not active 
yet, or waiting for the confirmation email read on...

I just called tech support and he said they have not been doing the 
confimation email process since the weekend now.  My specific account 
was activated same day!  I hadn't tested it though and was (like my 
first email said) awaiting the confirmation email.

So check your account connection now - you could already be connected!  
I can't wait to get home now!!

If not it may be worth calling the support line, they don't appear to 
check what level of service you paid for either, so phone the local 
rate one :o)  the guy will check your account by dialing up in their 
office for you!
