Michael, I've added all 6 patches to my net-2.6.14 tree. It should show up on the kernel.org GIT mirrors shortly.
I decided against sticking this into 2.6.13, as these changes can introduce regressions and the space of users effected by this problem is decidedly small compared to how many could be effected by any error in these changes.
