(e.g. ACE POSIX_Proactor) may require syscalls (or their emulation)
with POSIX interface:

* POSIX_API
* aio_read
* aio_write
* aio_suspend
* aio_error
* aio_return
* aio_cancel

where aio_suspend is very important.
