[PATCH net-next 09/11] sctp: remove the typedef sctp_heartbeathdr_t

[Xin Long]

This patch is to remove the typedef sctp_heartbeathdr_t, and
replace with struct sctp_heartbeathdr in the places where it's
using this typedef.
