Hi Oliver,
Thank you, this helps a lot. I was close to what you suggested while trying
to amend Layer3/Aruba.pm on my own with just different variables names.
That didn't appear to be retrieving the value it kept failing to retrieve
it but attempted. If I put it under %FUNCS it does retrieve the value and
appears to work. Is there any reason that it should not or cannot be added
to %FUNCS?
I have read the following and was hoping to understand better.
https://metacpan.org/pod/SNMP::Info
I verified that adding it under %GLOBAL was adding .0 and that returned
empty when I tested it via an snmpwalk. I added it to %FUNCS and it
retrieved the value and worked.
Is the name difference between %GLOBAL and %FUNCS just how the data is
stored and retrieved from the snmp server?
I will hopefully have time to finish testing and try to do a pull request
tomorrow if what I described makes sense. My first test device pulled it
correctly. If my understanding is correct I might have a few more things
that I can look into as well that haven't been working in our environment
and am excited to work on them.
I really appreciate the time to help me understand.
Thank you,
Rob

Hello netdisco group,
Does anyone know how to modify for the netdisco swagger to work via https?
Ive got apache https running on front end that points to netdisco on port 5000
When I wanted to test swagger the only drop down available is for HTTP, but not
HTTPS, anyway to put https?
Thanks
