I think this is quite difficult to do with Netdisco.
The problem is that Netdisco uses a library called SNMP::Info to gather all
the CDP and LLDP information from network devices. SNMP::Info merges this
information - it "hides" the difference between CDP and LLDP, so Netdisco
cannot distinguish easily and cannot choose one neighbor protocol over
another (I think).
Usually it is the configuration on the netdisco switch or router which
enables or disables CDP and LLDP. Are you able to manage that?
