Bug #1842: lib/Netdot/Model/Ipblock.pm _validate() does not take "Use

Hi,

Netdot will not allow to add addresses that match the netid of its own subnet.
The _validate sub in lib/Netdot/Model/Ipblock.pm should check wether the option
"use network/broadcast" is active or not. On the other hand, the /31 check
could be dropped instead.

Regards
Andr?

Changed schema metadata so that deleting a circuit will not delete the
associated cable strands.

I'm not sure about the other UI problem. Would need more detailed information.

When I delete a circuit in which I got fiber strands assigned, the fiber
strands are also deleted.
We can created it again but we can't assign it to another circuit. A blank
fiber name is displayed and we can't choose it.

Hello,

i have found your site and am absolutely interesting in the whole functionality
of Netdot.
Though i downloaded it on Monday and sitting here since about 4,5 days trying
to solve the installation.

It took a while to get into linux again(done it last in 09) but i think i made
it so far.
The Installation worked out after finding all relevant packages (no ftp access
in my company).

It now stuck while restarting apache2 with an error :

 Restarting web server apache2
 [fail]
 * The apache2 configtest failed.
Output of config test was:
AH00526: Syntax error on line 31 of
/etc/apache2/conf-enabled/netdot_apache24_local.conf:
DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed: Table 'netdot.schemainfo' doesn't exist

line 21.\nCompilation failed in require at
/etc/apache2/conf-enabled/netdot_apache24_local.conf line 32.\nBEGIN
failed--compilation aborted
Action 'configtest' failed.
The Apache error log may have more information.

As you see i imported your latest config fix but didn't get the point why there
has to be content in the blanc database.
(mysql server is up and running).

Regards alot for your help,

Thorsten

This behaviour is common among all the pages with that javascript function, so
unfortunately it's not an easy change.

Hello,
I am trying to add an interface to my circuit but when I write the device name
I get "More than 100 Matches" (it's exact) but there is no field to enter the
interface name.
Is it normal?
Maybe I am doing it wrong and it's not a bug but I can't add my interface.

Sounds like SNMP::Info cannot load that MIB. Unfortunately that falls outside
