Issue #1854 has been updated by Vadym Kalsin.


When I browse "Subnet Block View" of one of my subnets I can see some 
discovered, static and reserved addresses. All other addresses in that subnet 
are marked as available. 
But if I open current ARP table I can see much more addresses.

The puzzle is that _utilizationbar shows the correct data_ (as you can see on 
the screenshot):

I decided to check other subnets. 
I've found some blocks marked as "discovered". They were used for tests and now 
they are available.
It is unclear how the blocks change their status from "discovered" to 
"available" and vice versa.
