Issue #1905 has been reported by Carlos Vicente.

----------------------------------------
Bug #1905: Cannot create MX record whose target belongs to a delegated zone
https://osl.uoregon.edu/redmine/issues/1905

Author: Carlos Vicente
Status: New
Priority: Normal
Assignee:
Category:
Target version:
Resolution:

User got this error:

<pre>
host.html produced the following error:

Transaction aborted: Exchange
somedelegatedthing.service.useast1.consul.new.example.net within active zone
'example.net', but name 'somedelegatedthing.service.useast1.consul.new' does
not exist
</pre>

which is incorrect because 'consul.new.example.net' is a delegation (has NS
records)

Code seems to be in RRMX::_validate_args()
