You should be able to use the 'At' command on Win NT to do this
automatically everyday or on certain days in the week. I have
successfully used 'At' for similar things.
If you need info on 'At' you can get it from Windows
Explorer->Help->Help Topics->Windows NT Commands. I don't have any
sample code with me.

I do it manually under NT. The file isn't always locked. I rename the
file,
and it is automaticaly regenerated by ND. So there is no need to create
a new one.
