Hi,
I dont know how true is this, but I have heard that due to the recent
ICQ protocol change, licq and friends doesnt work anymore with "Send
thru server" messages. I have experienced myself that it sometimes works
and sometimes it doesnt, and a friend of mine has the same problem, and
he is not using iptables at all. Also, I have seen a posting (I think in
Slackware's forums) about it, being answered as I am telling you.
