$IPTABLES -t nat -A PREROUTING -p TCP -i $INTERFACE -d $IP_110 --dport 80 -j
DNAT --to $IP_18

of course, you have to allow the same traffic to go through to IP_18
something like this:
$IPTABLES -A FORWARD -p TCP -i $IN_INTERFACE -o $OUT_INTERFACE --dport
80 -j ACCEPT

something like this should work. Study it and try it out.
