Hello, I am using iptables on a machine that acts as a firewall. It has a modem, using pppd with demand dialing and a nic on the private side. For some reason when I try to log into the machine (it is also a domain controller), I get a message saying no domain controller available. I know it's an issue with iptables but I don't know the rule that is stopping the smb packets on the inside. I should also mention that I can browse the server in network neighborhood and access the shares. Any ideas?
