I've got a gShield-based firewall (using iptables v1.2.1a and a
2.4.3-12 kernel) and NAT.
My WIN9X-using staff who periodically use shares on a Windows NT
SP6 box have to re-map their drives after being idle for an unknown period
of time.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there an iptables
NetBIOS timeout default that I am unaware of? Should I be looking for a
registry entry on the Windows clients to keep the connection alive?
I'd be very grateful for any hints or guidance!
