Does this problem happen when you phisicaly insert the card or just when you activate the interface in linux ?
 
In the fisrt case it may be that the new inserted card is taking the configuration -- hardware -- from the second, it is becoming the second interface.
 
Just install all three interfaces and configure your script as needed.

Hello. Actually i have a internal web server behind a firewall with iptables. Now, i will use other internal web server, and i will have 2 servers behind my firewall. I try to configure the 3 interfaces, eth0 that is the internal, eth1, that is a external interface and eth2 that is the second internal interface. I have red hat 7.1. My firewall its ok when i use the two interfaces eth0 and eth1, but when i install the eth2, the firewall and the reverse nat, is down. Please help me and sorry by my english. Tell me how i must to configure  the three interfaces.
