As of 1.2.6a the FTOS patch has been removed from iptables. Which is a good thing for netfilter as FTOS is designed more for packet mangling wrt testing scenario's. If you or anyone else still would like to use FTOS you can find patches against the kernel and iptables available at: http://www.paksecured.com/patches/ I will probably maintain it for a while longer as it performs the testing I do quite well.
