I thought about it. Making it kernel thread means that we need to establish
connection(s) and probably multiplexing data to our failover peers. in kernel.

But maybe you're right and I'm just going wrong way.
Btw, there is no need to trasfer every state change across this link. for
example, conntrack expiration timers can be handled differently ...

I will return to this thread after doing some tests :)
