PC01 - PC02 -- ROUTER -- PC03 - PC04

You can stop PC01 and PC02 from seeing PC03 and PC04 packets. And vice
versa.

You can not stop PC01 seeing PC02 packets.

PC01 and PC02 will see netbios broadcasts, will send and receive udp
name
resolution, will use TCP 139 for transfers. You can not stop the packets
appearing on the left side of the diagram with your router. You can only
stop forwarding them from left to right side.
