new option --cmd-owner does not work

Hi !
I recently installed iptables 1.2.6a on my linux smp box ( kernel 2.4.18)
patched the kernel and compiled it.
I succed in using the -m owner with --pid-owner 
but not with --cmd-owner : 
 iptables v1.2.6a: Unknown arg `--cmd-owner
somebody else succed in using the --cmd-owner option ?
