hi all, with reference to the output of command below, the 3rd column is for average cache object size --right ?? why its differrent for 2 different systems i installed/configured ??.. onwhat parematers of system/linux it depends on ?
this is kernel 2.4.18 on rh7.2 with squid, netfilter, iproute on intel815, 512mb ram, p-III 833ghz pc & 20gb ide HD [root@cab1 root]# fgrep conn /proc/slabinfo ip_conntrack 1263 1392 320 116 116 1 [root@cab1 root]# this is kernel 2.4.9-31(rpm) on rh7.2 with squid, netfileter, iproute, caching nameserver on P-4 with 256mb ram & scsi 20gb HD ..
