Sorry, let me rephrase the question, is there any type of content filtering like CVP of Check Point for protocols like HTTP, FTP etc.?

If that's what you mean, I don't think it's possible with Netfilter..... If you're looking for an email anti-virus solution, don't start from Netfilter - use an email system such as sendmail / qmail / exim which has support for anti-virus checking. http://www.amavis.org is the only one which comes to my mind just now, but I'm sure other people can suggest alternatives.....
