Hello, I was wondering if there was some way to limit bandwidth dynamically. Dynamically meaning that if say the server/gateway was limited to 15k/sec of the upload, but when the server wasn't using the line, the workstations behind the gateway could use the full 30k/sec. But when the workstation wasn't using the line, the server would get the full 30k/sec and if a workstation tries to use the internet, the server would automatically back down to 15k/sec.
