Further information: - Nothing in NetLogo's Mathematica Link folder appears to have changed. - That includes mathematica-link.jar, which still contains the same class files (compared with ediff). - Actually, the NetLogo-Mathmatica Tutorial.nb in both NetLogo 6.0.4 and 6.1.0 refer to 6.0.3.
Perhaps it's something about NetLogo that has changed, as noted in this discussion <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/netlogo-users/Uc3hygT0drk/yvq4KMZxBQAJ> about the R extension.
