Thanks very much Steven ... I'll try and get our pupils to do that (not sure how successful it'll be - may have to do it myself for them!) On printer credits and charging, what do other schools do? At the moment we haven't charged for printing, we're quite a small school and as yet it hasn't been a big issue. But I'm thinking next year we may give pupils a set amount of credits and then when they run out charge them to buy more. If you charge, what do you charge? One last printing question. Is it possible to limit the number of copies that pupils can print out? This would maybe solve more of our problems than charging.

It would be a good idea particularly if you do not use printer credits/ charging to control your printing. Richard Dr R.A. One of my year groups isprinting search results from www.yell.com as part of their course but there is no way to figure out who has printed what. (They choose their search terms from a list so some of them are exactly the same). If this can't be done, it'd be a great feature to have added.
