OK. you can send video Automatically with each call by clicking on tools
then options then clicking on the video Tab and then clicking where it says
"Send video automatically with each call. or you can click on the send video
icon on the Netmeeting panel it is the first icon of the three in the middle
of the interface.
As for switching audio and video from one user to another. I do not know
about that. There is no documentation on that. I assume that if you have
more then one person in a call there will be an option available with more
then on user. I would suggest trying this. when you are in a call with more
then on user and you want to switch try left double clicking on the persons
name you want to switch to. If that doesn't work then right click on the
persons name and see if there is an option for this in that box.
As for ILS server lists. go to: http://netmeet.net they have a large list of
servers and they rate them from the best to the poorest.
