If the speeddials that you are trying to use depend on the default ILS
servers then you will have problems calling your contacts as those servers
are yo yos. Can you call direct IP to IP ?
If you are hearing your own voice echo the likely cause is that the other
end does not have headphones and the mic at the other end is picking up the
output from the speakers. The time delay of the echo is a function of the
latency added by routers between you and the other party.
