did u take a look at the resource kit? they have some sort of
auto-configure wizard for distribution of nm in there....

registry setting to enable "automatically accept calls"? Even tho
CURRENT_USER\...\Conferencing\AutoAccept is set to 01 00 00 00, it doesn't
seem to use this at start up...
