Hi I am using NetM v2.1 on Windows98. I have Logitech's Greyscale QuickCam.
When I log onto any of the ILS servers, the sound and video icons are
displayed as active against my name in the directory listing. But as soon as
I get into a call, both these icons are greyed out in the the current call
window and I am not able to exchange audio/video in a meeting.I am able to
preview myself, but not able to send, neither able to recevice.
Infact when I establish a call with my friend NetM displays a msg. "cannot
excahange audio/vidoe with this person"...where as this friend is able to
exchange audio/video with other people...Infact the above msg. is displayed
for any calls I make...so I am sure the problem is somewhere in my
system....
Can u pls. help me out....as this is driving me crazy....!!!!!!
