Nice response Bret. You should be commended on your restraint. I also
appreciate the point of view that what we are dealing with is a machine that
doesn't actually read the emails, just simply has a programmed set of
responses.
As you indicated, if we don't press the right button we are not going to get
the right response.
I find this user group process to be very fast and informative.

are sending the mail to a robot. It does not read and understand

can find the instructions that tell you what to do to get off the
list. You
can't do it by sending mail. You have to visit the web page to give

robot the instruction.
Sending the mail only has the effect of yelling at the rest of us on
the
mailing list, and we are not the cause of your difficulty. Please
stop
yelling at us.
