I am using a 3Com Home Connect Digital Camera with NetMeeting 2.11. I have an Intel Celeron 300a with 64 meg of ram and a US Robotics 56k modem. (not a winmodem) When I am in NetMeeting and not receiving video my cam works fine. The little LED light is flashing constantly, and the video is fairly fast. However as soon as I start to receive video, the light goes out and the cam only takes one picture every 3 to 6 seconds. The received video is fine, good speed and quality. As soon as the received video is disabled at the other end, my cam starts sending fast video. I contacted 3COM and they said the camera was fine it was a problem with NetMeeting. Can anyone tell me why my video is so slow while I am receiving video? Thank you.
