I am in the process of deploying NM within my company.  During our pilot
testing phase, I have received reports of extremely slow connection times.
Users have told me that when they try to place a call in a meeting, the call
request goes through and the other party responds, however the distant party
can see an hourglass for a very long time.  I have had one report of up to
30 minutes wait.  All of the PCs are running Win'95 and are connected on a
LAN so data speeds are not an issue.  We are running ILS on an NT machine.

Any thoughts??
