No but you can get a cnf file to do something similar

have a fixed IP or name you could use the uls file strategy. V3 also has a
callto method in its Activex component --which possibly could be run with
the Esker Activex plug in for Netscape.

you are asking but if you are trying to override the gateway set by the
advanced calling button -- I think not. If that 'Use gateway" function is
unchecked the gateway can be specified (for V3) in the callto: and cnf
ile( I haven't actually tried the cnf file).
