Hi.
Passing thought on this matter. I had a simular problem with my Aunt. Come
to find the problem was within the Adjust Audio button on the Main Screen.
Click that button and two selection boxes for Mute/Unmute Microphone and
Mute/Unmute Speakers are shown. Somehow, the two boxes were unchecked.
With a check mark in each box and re-running the Audio Tuning Wizard solved
all our Audio problems.
