[NetMeeting] No self video in NM 2.11

Hi,   Have a problem seeing myself during netmeeting calls. When I call someone they can see and hear me but I cannot see myself in the self view screen.. I am using 3com Big Picture/PCI video  capture version, with NM 2.11 and a Voodoo 3 3000 video AGP card.  Anyone had this happen and found a soloution?   Thanks   Joe
