[NetMeeting] ILS Servers

I have been to the neetmeet.net site and have seen the list of ILS servers listed there. But I have heard there are a couple of hundred different ILS servers out there? Are these Public servers or private and how do I search them out.  I have already tried the basic Excite search engine type search. Any clues?   TIA,   Richard S
