Hi Bob, we just bought a camera and we bought USB. I was told that the USB
is faster. You can go to this web site and look under the Top 20 USB FAQ. I
am sure there are better sites than this but this is one I found with some

Bob, I would suggest a PCI camera, I use the 3Com Big Picture. PCI can give
you up to 30 frames per second while USB maybe 10 to 15. Also if you have a
spare camcoder, you can plug it into the PCI capture card for even better
video.
