Check out www.dyndns.org.
It allows you to maintain a permanent host name that will be dynamically
resolved to an ip address.
I am testing my setup now. Please feel free to call me with NM at
dvydra.dyndns.org.
If I am home I will answer. ( I have DSL with permanent IP, but they
provide a client for dial-up users)
